Provide Administrative Support to the assigned division/department such as, but not limited to:

-Creation, compilation, data/ documentation collection using MS Word format, Spreadsheet and other database application/ programs

-Coordination with various support groups for inquiries, concerns, and requests

-Office management including safekeeping of files and other important asses/ documents of the assigned division/ department 

-Preperation of reports presentations and other documents


  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

-College degree: BSBS, Engineering, Computer Science

-2-3 years relevant experience  (Preferably with a year Officer level job experience)

-Average to excellent interpersonal Skills

-Average to excellent Computer skills/ proficiency and ability to learn database and other technology/ software programs as needed

-General office skills

-Good typing ability

- Detailed Oriented

-Admin, Organized, and Supply Managment Skills

-Good Time Managment

-Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Salary between PHP 25.00 and PHP 30.00
  • Location: Makati City, NCR.
