Responsibilities

  • Handles minor materials needed
  • Canvassing of non-trade request like hardware & maintenance materials, marketing materials (tarpaulin & eco bags) and office supplies 
  • Follow-up non-trade and trade request (boxes, plastics, pouches, tarpaulin and other marketing materials)
  • Preparation of PO’s
  • Requisition of non-trade materials
  • Encoding and emailing of RR (receiving report)
  • Manage the checking and completing the details of RR (PO #, DR # & weight)

Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

  • Female not more than 26 years old
  • Graduated of any related course
  • Fresh Graduate or With experience is advantage
  • Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Computer skills
