JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
.
• Schedules efforts to make certain accurate telephone coverage; examines priority of telephone calls and adjusts escalated telephone calls to reassure remedy to challenges.
• Prepares standard studies to observe workload, response time and caliber of input.
• Responds to phone messages and delivers related information/ services to customers.
• checks mail, fax and e-mail to provide customer services.
• Manages computer/on-line regulations for the main objective of responding to client requests..

QUALIFICATIONS:
.
• 18 to 50 years old
• With good to excellent English communications skills
• High School Graduate (with at least BPO EXPERIENCE)
• College Undergraduates (with or without BPO EXPERIENCE)
• College Graduates/Fresh Graduates (with or without BPO EXPERIENCE)
• Vocational Course Graduates (with or without BPO EXPERIENCE)

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.

  • Salary between PHP 17,000.00 and PHP 27,000.00
  • Location: Mandaluyong City, NCR.
