Basic Qualifications:
• College Graduate - with or without BPO Experience
• College Undergrad - Completed 2 years in College(No back subjects)
• HighSchool Graduate with atleast 6 months BPO Experience
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
• Preferably has basic knowledge in audio equipments & networking products
• Willing to work on Graveyard Shift
• Willing to work in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate, Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Doctorate Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service (Technical) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): TSR, TECHNICAL SUPPORT, CALL CENTER, CSR.
