Customer Service Representative

Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Business Studies/Administration/Management.
  • Preferably Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Computer literacy, interpersonal relationship, communication skills both oral and written.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative is responsible to do the following:

**Close monitoring shipments status

**Submits accurate and complete report on time as required by the clien/s

**Gives immediate feedback to immediate superior and or client/s in case of discrepancies or potential problem

 

 

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Computer literacy, interpersonal relationship, communication skills both oral and written.
