Responsibilities

- Organize and Update Financial Records as needed (digital and physical)

- Analyze Transactions and Prepare Reports

- Perform Regular, Detailed Audit to ensure accuracy in Financial Documents, Expenditures and Investment

- Oversee Ledger Reconciliation and Manage Accounts payable/receivable

- Monitor Bookkeeping Activities

- Keep Company Financial Informatin Confidential

- Establish Accounting Policies and Procedures

- Stay Informed on Industry Developments and Changes in Regulations

Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Accounting, Bookkeeping.
  • Required language(s): English.

- Must be a Graduate of Accountancy or Bookkeeping Courses

- Has Knowledge in Bookkeeping, Auditing, and Budgeting Procedures

- Willing to be Trained

- Can Start ASAP
