Responsibilities

The Sales Account Specialist position develops, maintains and interacts primarily utilizing the phone and other forms of electronic communication to a broad scope of new and existing customers within the assigned markets to increase sales of products and/or services.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

Understanding customer needs and requirements

Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas/targets

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory/area

Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Perform effective online demos to prospects

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business-related course

Proven inside sales experience

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

Experience working with similar CRM tools

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Business Studies/Administration/Management.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): sales, communication.
  • Required language(s): English.
