Responsibilities

The Chief Steward will plan, organize, oversee and direct the overall Stewarding operations of the hotel.

  • Candidate must be college-level or possess a Vocational Diploma in any field;
  • At least five (5) years experience as Chief Steward in a reputable Hotel is required for this role;
  • With knowledge of basic food safety/HACCP standards;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.

Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Required certification(s): HACCP, Basic Food Safety.
