Responsibilities

  • Assist onshore team or varied administrative complex clerical work maintaining initiative and independent judgement
  • Assist onshore team creates billing statement from Work in Progress (WIP) and/or maodify invoices in a secured onshore system
  • Assist onshore team prioritizes ans arranges meetings, conferences, and caterings for client, as well as booking them for a work place, room or hotel. Assist in creating client's businiess cards, presentations, proposals and/or resumes requiring use of business vocabulary, tact discretion judgement
  • Assist onshore team on engagement with client regarding document copying, pritning and mailing and travel arrangements

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

  • Must possess atleast a Bachelor's Degree
  • Atleast 1 year of experience in BPO Admin or Virtual Admin is a plus. Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply
  • Must be an expert in using MSO (Word, Excel, Ppt)
  • Willing to work near Boni MRT Station
