  • Provide world class service excellence to Citi clients by offering a consistent telephone banking experience
  • Attend to inbound and outbound telephone calls in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Process online banking transactions which include financial entries and data maintenance
  • Identify opportunities to further enhance relationships with our existing clients


  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma on any course.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.

Additional Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in an international BPO / call centre role
    • College graduates with no BPO experience may also apply          
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Amenable working on shifting schedule, holidays, weekends & extended work hours
  • Amenable to working in BGC, Taguig
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status

  • Salary between PHP 24,000.00 and PHP 31,000.00
