Sales Manager - Point of Sale Software

 

Scope:

·         Drive and contribute to a high performance sales culture

·         Strong sales and negotiation skills and good business sense

·         Identify and handle customer objections, while recommending solutions and strategies to team

·         Practice creative problem solving with an ability to think laterally

·         Provide excellent coaching, building and developing skills in the team

 

Requirements:

·         Minimum 5 years relevant experience in sales in Software - Point of Sale (POS)

·         3 years working for an offshore company

·         Strong experience in sales metrics, prospect management and data segmentation

·         Proven track record of achieving budgets and quotas

·         Experience in managing the sales process through CRM systems

·         Salesforce and Hubspot is highly desirable

·         Relevant sales qualifications and courses providing a comprehensive understanding of selling techniques

·         Experience in starting a team operations and development of a team structure

·         Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Requirements
