Responsibilities

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Others or equivalent.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Responsible to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships.
  • Directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
  • Reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation

  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and the agency in order to act as the link between them.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • With related experienced in the hospitality industry.

Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Hospitality/Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, Tourism/Travel.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Marketing / Brand Management or equivalent.
