Responsibilities

  • Uphold global standards in Customer Service
  • Provide a trouble-free and fun interaction with customers of defined client projects
  • Perform assigned customer services, telemarketing, and back office tasks
  • Impart a positive customer service experience with the aim to promote long-term partnership between the company, client and shareholders

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service (Technical) or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required
  • At least College Level. High School Graduates with at least 6 months experience in a BPO are also encouraged to apply.
