Responsibilities

Administrative functions and HR Support:

1. Logistics, schedule and support for IDG personnel

2. Documents Control. Tracking and archiving of contracts, invoices, transaction documents, etc.

3. IDG Facilities Manager. Budgeting and inventory management of all IDG resources

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Business Studies/Administration/Management.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Sales – Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino.
