Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.

Additional Requirements

Assists customers by competently and professionally handling client’s employees’ concerns (basic trouble-shooting); responds to customer’s queries and complaints; keeps client’s equipment operational by following established procedures on reporting and troubleshooting malfunctions.

  • At least Highschool Graduate;
  • Preferably with experience of 1 yr in the BPO industry in a customer service OR basic troubleshooting function.
  • Good Business English communication skillsStrong attention to detail.
