To manage and direct the training and development operations of the organization; to study, review and plan activities related to the learning and development function of Human Resource division, for the purpose of developing effective learning strategies and training interventions that addresses organizational needs; to direct the packaging of training manuals and materials that address learning and development processes of all employees; and, to oversee the conduct of learning programs for specific requirements that may be internally run, in order to raise competencies, equip employees for greater responsibilities, support employee growth within the organization, and support the quality initiatives of the organization, within the limits provided by corporate guidelines, local ordinances, and the Labor Laws or Code of the country.



  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.


  • Candidates must be willing to be assigned in MOA Arena Annex Bldg., Pasay City.



  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Human Resource Management, Psychology.
  • Preferably Manager specializing in Training and Development or equivalent.
