TALENT ATTRACTION & SOURCING

Experience how it is to contact our applicants on social media platforms. Communicate to them about our career offerings, pay, benefit package and other rewarding opportunities to work with SYKES that’ll enable the student trainee to develop their Interpersonal, English Oral Communication and Multi-tasking skills.

Tasks:

•Calling out/Pre-screening of applicants

•Harvesting Leads

•Sending SMS invites

SYKES ACADEME

Experience how to mount an event at different partner schools of SYKES. Assist on logistics immersion of an Academe event and allow the trainee to experience the practical application of the fundamentals of marketing for a specific program and/or activity.

Tasks:

•Assist in Job Fair/Event Registration and Logistics Preparation

•Learn how to address students’ queries and present the job openings and programs of SYKES.

•Address Academe related emails and develop a professional email etiquette.

OTHER KEY LEARNINGS

•Learn how to navigate SYKES’ exclusive tools and resources.

•Participate in brainstorming and designing on how to increase effectiveness of the sourcing marketing campaign/collaterals (design, images, location, strategy)

Requirements

  • Preferably Trainee specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Communication Skills, Customer Service, Organized, Computer Literate, Microsoft Office.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino.
