Responsibilities

  • Supervise work activities of housekeeping staff to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive rooms in the assigned centers.
  • Handles the attendance of the housekeeping staff
  • Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action.
  • May take periodic inventories and train new employees.

Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate, Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree on Hospitality/Hotel and Restaurant Management.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Senior Associate (5 yrs and up experience) specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Housekeeping.
  • Required language(s): Filipino, English.

  • Possess strong sense of professionalism
  • Ability to effectively deal with different levels of the organization and with high level of customer service
  • Has above average organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication
  • Willing to travel within Metro Manila (North Area)
