Responsibilities

Job Objective

  • To deliver accurate and timely payroll inputs for NA. All PAFs should be completed in time for payroll processing.
  • To run payroll accurately and credit employees’ accounts on a timely manner.
  • To be able to address all issues/concerns raised by employees about their pay disputes.
  • To process an off-cycle pay or special payout if needed to resolve/close the payroll disputes.
  • To be able to compute/process the employees’ final pay on time.
  • To be able to submit accurate reports to Finance and WFO teams on time.
  • To process year-end activities without delay and send the tax returns to employees.
  • To help with some of the PH processes such as running statutory reports, CRT, ad hoc reports from SAP and serve as back-up in running PH payroll.
  • Must be willing to work on midshift/graveyard shift. 

Job Specifications (Qualifications, Skills and Experience)

Educational Background

  • College Degree, preferably with knowledge in accounting but not a requirement.

Work Experience

  • Preferably with work experience related to US payroll, background in ADP.

Skills Requirements

  • Communication Skills, Knowledge in MSO (Excel/Google Sheet)

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
