Responsibilities

The OJT Program for IT Department aims to aid the assistance needed in performing the daily leg work of the IT Department on PC maintenance, Asset Management compliance, and daily checklist to ensure that IT services are 100% up and running. 

Skill Requirements

  1. Average communication skills (verbal and written)
  2. Ability to build positive work relationships (both internal and external)
  3. Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
  4. Highly creative and resourceful
  5. Computer literate
  6. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
  7. Confidentiality is a must due to the sensitive nature of Sykes Clients
