Responsibilities

  • Receiving, Documenting and Researching.
  • Responding to Inquiries, Complaints, Appeals and/or Grievances received over the phone.
  • Achieve & maintain key performance measures.
  • Achieving, developing and maintaining customer relationship.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Some College (But did not graduate) on Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Communications/PR, Finance.
  • Preferably Trainee specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2 years in college without back subjects.
  • Should have 0-6 months of BPO experience in a voice campaign.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Willing to work in Taguig
  • Prefers no on-going classes other than internship alone
  • 400-600 hours to render
