Responsibilities:

Assists customers by competently and professionally handling client’s employees’ concerns (basic trouble-shooting); responds to customer’s queries and complaints; keeps client’s equipment operational by following established procedures on reporting and troubleshooting malfunctions

 

Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate, Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree, Senior High School Diploma on any course.
  • Preferably Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

·         At least Highschool Graduate;

·         Preferably with experience of 1 yr in the BPO industry in a customer service OR basic troubleshooting function.

·         Good Business English communication skillsStrong attention to detail.

·         Amenable to work in One Cyberpod Centris, Quezon City

·         Full-Time position(s) available.

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED upon passing FINAL INTERVIEW:

·         SSS employment history (SSS static Report)

·         COE (from previous/most recent employer) or accomplished Exit Clearance Form in the absence of COE

·         College or high school diploma

·         Transcript of Records (TOR)
