Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) Project based

Requirements

  • Preferably Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Customer Service.
  • Required certification(s): n/a.
  • Required language(s): English.

Responsibilities

  • At least college level (2 years) or graduate of any 2 year associate or vocational course
  • Must have at least 6 months related work experience in a Call Center
  • Must have excellent English communication skills

Additional Requirements

  • Must be willing to work on a fixed graveyard shift
  • Must be willing to work on a 10-month project-based employment
  • Can start ASAP
