Responsibilities

·         Good computer navigation skills & attention to detail;

·         Comfortable in using CRM tools & collecting/documenting detailed information

·         Assist incoming calls from customers, auto dealerships and other lenders with questions regarding the status of loan accounts

·         Handle calls from lending institutions regarding customer’s credit history

·         Credit Bureau verification and updating

·         Detailed knowledge of collections operations, loan repayment schedules, consumer loan contractual obligations and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.

·         Assigns vehicles for repossession as necessary.

·         Collect on accounts to bring accounts current

·         Adjust all delinquent accounts assigned in accordance with Collection Department guidelines, laws and regulations

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

Minimum qualifications

·         Can demonstrate active listening skills & probing; able to display solution-focused approach & “can-do-attitude” at all times to build customer dedication

·         Has problem solving and decision-making skills

·         Ability to multi-task alongside compliance to the process

Preferred qualifications

·         Meaningful years of voice consumer collections experience preferred but not required

 

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED upon passing FINAL INTERVIEW:

  • SSS employment history (SSS static Report)
  • COE (from previous/most recent employer) or accomplished Exit Clearance Form in the absence of COE
  • College or high school diploma
  • Transcript of Records (TOR)
