Job Description:

  • Communicates with customers to gather details and/or probe for necessary information 
  •  (i.e. specific concerns, account details, name etc.) in order to correctly identify and assess customers’ needs 
  • Manages customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limit; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Endorses customers to supervisors or more experienced employees for issues or concerns requiring escalation
  • Drafts and composes e-mails/ responses that are clear and concise and ensures that they contain the complete information needed by the client

 

Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 2 years in college 
  • Willing to work on a fixed graveyard shift  
  • With or Without experience
  • With excellent English communication skills both spoken and written

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Some College (But did not graduate), Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
  • Preferably Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): English.
  • Required language(s): English.

  • Salary between PHP 17.00 and PHP 18.00
