Responsibilities

  • Facilitates timely processing of company’s business permits including branches, license requirements for compliance and other significant documents required for business operations (Mayor’s office, DOLE, NLRC, SSS, BIR, HDMF, PHIC, SEC and other government agencies)

  • Drafts and/or assists in the preparation of legal documents such as contracts, deeds and other pertinent documents, bidding and accreditation documents (Sales, Supplies Department and other branches)

  • Ensures complete validation and reviews all pertinent documents to be submitted to third parties (government agencies, clients and others)

  • Ensures compliance with the policies and procedures enforced by various government agencies and other offices in connection with submission and processing of documents and any updates thereon.

  • Compiles reports about particular incidents, events, or updates about important issues for the company.

  • Proactively solves conflicts and addresses issues that could occur between the company and the other entity.

  • Establishes positive relationship or maintains rapport with clients, government agencies or third parties to ensure that there is a continuous harmonious relationship between the parties and to have minimal work disruption.

  • Performs other tasks assigned to him by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Business Studies/Administration/Management, Communications/PR, Law, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Political Science.
  • Preferably Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

  • College graduate preferably Legal Management or Political Science

  • With at least 2 year work experience in liaison works in various government offices (SSS, PHILHEALTH, HDMF, BIR, LGU’s, DOLE, etc.)

  • Computer literate (MS Word and Excel)

  • Has good negotiation skills

  • Shows good attention to details

  • Good in numerical reasoning and analysis

  • Has good interpersonal skills and is customer service-oriented

  • Salary between PHP 16,333.00 and PHP 21,200.00
  • Location: Makati City, NCR.
