RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answers questions & resolves issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers & plan sponsors; categorizing level of priority of requests & coordinating with the appropriate staff; documents & tracks contacts with members, providers & plan sponsors; explains member's rights and responsibilities in accordance to contract; handle complaints (member/provider), grievance & appeals (member/provider) via relevant recording & reporting system; determines applicable coverage provisions & verifies member plan eligibility relating to incoming correspondence & internal referrals.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Have completed at least 2ND YEAR in college with no back subjects;

Have at least 1 YEAR relevant BPO experience for a Healthcare account is preferred but not required;

Have Good to Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills

Have STRONG understanding of medical terminologies;

Have STRONG analytical skills and attention to detail;

Have the ability to Multi-Task and Adapt to any situation;

FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
