Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Facilitate recruitment and hiring procedure for Senior level applicants
  • Provides strategic input in best sourcing channels or effective methods for sourcing candidates and functional talents.
  • Managing social media sites such as posting job ads and articles
  • Prepares report as per request by the Manager

Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Human Resource Management.
  • Preferably Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Recruitment.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino.

Additional Requirements

  • At least 1 year of working experience in HR Department
  • Familiar with recruiting best practices to attract in demand professionals and able to be creative with alternative sourcing strategies
  • Experience with networking, social media and using resources to make connections with people.
  • Experience with online sourcing techniques
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills who performs well under pressure
  • Good problem solving skills
  • With initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center

Preferences

  • Ability to speak and write Korean is an advantage.
  • Experience in external recruitment
  • Knowledge in IT
