- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English.
• Engage in a professional and polite telephonic conversation with the customer
• Research customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner
• Handle calls that ensures service level requirements that exceeds expectations
• At least 2nd year college level or equivalent (preferably but not required)
• At least 2 years BPO or Customer Service related work experience (preferably but not required)
• Experience working with computer software and telephone technology
• Must have above-average listening and communication skill in English
• Must have analysis and problem solving skills
• Maturity, propriety, uprightness, honesty, a ‘can-do” spirit and dedication to work are a must
