• conduct screening and initial interviews of applicants based on set of requirements provided by the client
• orient suitable applicants on client's profile, vacancies, salary, benefits and life abroad
• line-up applicant's for clients scheduled interview with the agency
• process and deploy applicants who are given an employment offer
• liaise with the applicant, POEA Processing Specialist, visa team and client to meet the target deployment date
• handle Western / Middle Eastern accounts
