Requirements

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting.
• Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Job Title: ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

• Review and checks weekly revenue reports from franchisees.
• Prepares monthly reports based on the data of the weekly revenue reports.
  • Monthly Census per Franchisee
  • Monthly Consumable Count
• Request and compiles sales invoice from suppliers in a monthly basis.
• Computes transfer margin based on the sales invoice from suppliers.

• Computes monthly royalty fees for Nuvo Solutions Management and Consulting Corporation & Med Line Dialysis and Diagnostics Incorporation.
• Computes monthly system wide ad fee for the marketing fund of the brand.
• Prepares and forwards billing statements monthly.

• Maintains accounts receivable accounts for royalty revenue, system wide ad and transfer margin.
• Collects royalty fees and system wide ad from franchisees.
• Collects transfer margin from suppliers.
• Compiles withholding tax forms from franchisees and suppliers.

• Creates journal entries for the recognition of revenue and collection.
