  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, High School Diploma, Senior High School Diploma, Some College (But did not graduate), TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate on any course.
  • Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Basic Computer Skills.
  • Required language(s): English.


Customer Support via Inbound calls: Responsible for assisting customers with inquiries relating to: Billing, Sign-ups, Status of Service Orders, Status of Transfers supporting an Australian Energy Account

Compensation Package PHP18,000

Pre-dominantly dayshift schedule

We will prioritize candidates who can Work From Home: must have strong and stable home internet connection, at least 4GB RAM, Windows 7 and above, any working headset with microphone

We can also arrange Work onsite in Eastwood or Cubao:  we have available shuttle services for you

Training starts on September 28
