Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Senior High School Diploma, Some College (But did not graduate) on any course.
  • Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Responsiblities

  • Answers inbound calls from shareholders and prospective shareholders ;
  • Ensure account verification procedures are followed ;
  •  Respond to specific account and procedural information requests including balances, closing prices, portfolio performance and quotes ;
  • Actively resolve client issues ;
  • Maintain an understanding of the systems required to initiate shareholder transaction and maintenance requests ;

Additional Requirements

  • Completed at least 2 yrs in college with no back subjects.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • 3 months BPO-Voice experience (preferred
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedule.
  • Willingness to work in Taguig, Ortigas and/or Quezon City.
