- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Senior High School Diploma, Some College (But did not graduate) on any course.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
BA/BS degree or equivalent with a good academic record.
At least 3 years of direct customer service experience required; preferably in B2C and/or B2B environment
Live customer support experience (phone, chat, email, in-person, etc.); social media support experience is preferred
Self starter, strong attention to detail and able to juggle multiple work streams at once
Familiar with basic internet technologies (web, email, IM) and software (browsers, common plug-ins, common websites)
Interest / working knowledge in current social media platforms
Excellent written communication and organizational skills; can be flexible in adapting to the communication style of the end user’s
Ability to develop and deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs through on-going, superior support interactions
Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills - able to investigate and follow-up appropriately, or make judgments and escalate when necessary
Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
Ability to learn, retain and apply large amounts of product, procedure, policy, and system information
Ability to adapt and adjust communication style when dealing with customers with different cultures and practices
Ability to speak & write English fluently and idiomatically
Willingness to work on shifting schedule
Willingness to work in Taguig City.
