  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Doctorate Degree, High School Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Some College (But did not graduate), TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate on any course.
  • Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.

is comfortable with SaaS and Cloud technologies

is comfortable working with one or more of the following: Python, Java, C#, Ruby, .NET, or JavaScript

Understands the application development lifecycle, RESTful API concepts and are comfortable with scripting against APIs

Can collaborate with multiple tiers of support, act as an escalation point, and investigate complex/corner issues, including advanced network/firewall/proxy configurations, debugging complex desktop environments and system registries, and SSO configurations.


Is willing to work on shifting schedules                                        

Has call center experience (a plus but not required)                                                

Has strong verbal, written & comprehension skills                                                

Is computer literate and proficient to use Windows OS, Apple OS X, MS Office & Google applications                                                                                            

Has critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction                                                

Can multitask and has high attention to details                                                

Is self-motivated, can work independently, and contribute to cross-functional and global teams                                                

Is flexible and can quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes                                                

Can work under pressure

Must have a laptop / desktop to complete the virtual process
