• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Finance.
  • Non-Executive specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.



  1. Bank Financing Accounts:
    1. Create/ maintain/ update monitoring to all Bank Financing Accounts.
    2. Create projections and timeline.
  2. In-House Financing Accounts:
    1. Create/Maintain/Update Monitoring for In-House Finances.
    2. Assists client in the application for Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI), Fire Insurance etc.
  3. Company and Project Accreditation:
    1. Contact financing institutions for application for company and project accreditation.
    2. Compile and submit documents for company/project accreditation.
    3. Assists site inspection/appraisal for project accreditation.
    4. Communicate with other departments for the requirements needed for developer and project accreditation.
    5. Update accreditation applications.
  4.  Loan Documentation and Application:
    1. Answer loan queries (e-mail, messenger).
    2. Conducts loan briefing (old, new and prospect clients).
    3. Evaluate client’s income and credit standing.
    4. Assists clients regarding their loan requirements and loan documentation.
    5. Check and review loan requirements and financing documents before submission.
    6. Prepare and submit client’s loan requirements to bank or other financing institution.
    7. Business Travel for regional loan application (eg. Pag-IBIG, NHMFC, BPI, etc.).
    8. Update and correct discrepancies (if any) submitted loan application until take out.
    9. Assists in the final inspection to unit subject for loan release.
    10. In-charge to all loan releases (claiming of cheques and issuance of Official Receipt).
    11. Monitor and update accounts with retention.
  5. Loan Charges:
    1. Compute loan charges (for clients under PAG-IBIG Financing).
    2. Issue billing for loan charges.
  6. Transfer of Ownership:
    1. Assists client in signing of documents for transfer of title.
    2. Compile complete documents and submit to Compliance for processing for the transfer of title.
