Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma on any course.
  • Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Conversational English.
  • Required certification(s): NA.
  • Required language(s): ENGLISH.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all services and equipment offered by the company.

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers by gaining their trust and respect.

  • Assist less experienced representatives, as necessary.

 

Additional Requirements

  1. At least High school graduate

  2. Fluent in English

  3. Must be able to work under pressure

  4. Conversational English 

  5. Computer literacy
