Requirements

We are a growing Bacolod-based Knowledge Process Outsourcing Company that specializes in non-voice back-office support for clients in AU and NZ.
This is an office-based position for our site in Bacolod City.
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy or could work with technology
- Ability to follow clear processes consistently
- Completed at least 2 years in Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1-year relevant working experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Duties & Responsibilities
- Performing back-office processes
- Performing general admin tasks
- Keeping and organizing documents
- Data entry and database management
- Performing basic research
- Making and receiving calls – when applicable
- Social media management – when applicable
