What is Near Hire Academy?

It’s a 15-day training program designed to enhance candidates' language proficiency. During the training, participants will receive daily meal vouchers and a stipend upon completion.

Through the NHA curriculum, participants will develop effective communication skills, refine grammar usage, and master sentence structure. Additionally, the program includes speech exercises and interview simulations to further strengthen communication abilities. Upon completion, all passers will be endorsed to an employment application process.

Requirements:
